On my way to work each morning I think: “What can I do today so that it would be better than yesterday?“. The main focus of this question is regarding the things i am working with : Agile, Scrum, ITIL – Manage Services across Lifecycle (e.g. Design, Operations, Change and Improvement), Coaching the teams.
I am aware that we are over 7.4 billion people on earth (according with the World Population Clock) so I don’t need to re-invent the wheel just to look what others are doing. I constantly learn by reading the forums, watching videos or online trainings.
This blog is my way of giving back to this community. I am saying “Thank you” by writing my experiences and documenting what I’ve tried, what worked and what didn’t. I hope you will find the information useful and don’t hesitate to let me know if there are questions or more details needed.
